Toothbrush inspect with Vision system
Recently, Smidnya partnered with a toothbrush manufacturer to enhance their manufacturing processes in order to solve their consumer complaints in India.
We have used our camera based visual inspection machines integrated to their existing set up to detect several faults during the manufacturing processes.This has been a milestone for Smidnya as the process was indeed difficult,but we overcame with 98% success.
